1. Scope of Services

Lightscapes Outdoor Lighting provides custom outdoor lighting design, low-voltage landscape lighting installation, LED yard upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance.

  • Consultations: All initial on-site design consultations are subject to scheduler availability.
  • Proposals: Written project estimates and design proposals are valid for exactly thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, after which pricing and material availability are subject to change.

2. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access

To ensure a safe and efficient installation process, the property owner or authorized representative agrees to the following:

  • Access: You grant our technicians full and clear access to the property, yards, exterior electrical panels, and exterior outlets during scheduled service hours.
  • Underground Hazards: While our team uses low-impact trenching techniques, the customer must inform us of any private, non-mapped underground lines (such as private dog fences, personal irrigation lines, or detached garage lines) prior to the start of digging. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked, non-utility lines.
  • Pets & Obstacles: All pets must be safely secured indoors during the installation process, and yards must be cleared of debris, toys, and animal waste.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

  • Deposits: A designated deposit fee may be required before materials are ordered and your installation project is officially placed on our active service schedule.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of the project invoice is due immediately upon the completion of the physical installation and final nighttime walkthrough.
  • Late Fees: Past-due balances are subject to standard interest accrual and late penalties as outlined on your project contract agreement.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and only utilize commercial-grade, high-performance fixtures.

  • Fixtures: Our solid cast brass and copper fixtures carry comprehensive manufacturer warranties against corrosion, physical defects, and structural degradation.
  • Labor Warranty: We provide an explicit labor and installation warranty on our wiring, connections, and placement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as third-party landscaping crews, severe weather disasters, or domestic animal interference.
  • Bulbs & LEDs: Integrated LED fixtures or LED drop-in lamps carry independent manufacturer lifespan ratings, which we will service or replace according to the designated product warranty tier.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

The Website and its original content, features, layout, imagery, logos, and written text are the exclusive property of Lightscapes Outdoor Lighting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any on-page material for commercial or competitor use without our express, written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lightscapes Outdoor Lighting, its owners, directors, or employees, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this Website or from any service performance beyond the scope of our explicitly stated structural warranties.
